Marie Rose is a mastered social worker, entrepreneur, and community advocate who retired from the federal government at just 33 to follow her passion: helping others succeed in life and business. 

As the founder and president of Rose Pedals to Success, Marie brings her heart for service and her talent for strategy to foster entrepreneurial support and build a new future for youth and entrepreneurs in underserved communities. She’s supported over 70 businesses, led the development of impactful mentorship programs, and partners with major institutions like Truist Bank, Community First Fund, and the American Heart Association to amplify her community advocacy efforts. 

Marie’s leadership has earned her recognition across Philadelphia, where she sits on several boards including the North Broad Renaissance Founding Advisory Board and City Ave Business District Marketing Committee. 

Her mission is simple: to plant seeds of success today so the leaders of tomorrow can flourish.
